Meraas awards AED 850 million construction contract for Bvlgari Lighthouse

WAM

Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded an AED 850 million construction contract to Dutco Construction Co LLC for the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island.

With marine works now completed, construction will soon commence on the 27-storey luxury residential tower.

Designed by the renowned architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Bvlgari Lighthouse is poised to become one of Dubai’s most prestigious addresses, adding a touch of elegance to the island.

Inspired by the Italian jeweller's legacy, the Bvlgari Lighthouse will feature opulent four- and five-bedroom penthouses, along with a unique eight-bedroom Sky Villa on the top three levels.

The Sky Villa will include expansive private rooftop gardens, a private pool, and stylish lounge areas.

Scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2027, this project marks Bvlgari’s third collaboration with Meraas.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, emphasised that Meraas is dedicated to delivering Dubai's most distinctive and luxurious residential offerings, with the Bvlgari Lighthouse being a notable addition to their portfolio.
