Most followed: @KatyPerry (84 million followers) 3. Most followed Arab leader - @HHShkMohd (https://twitter.com/HHShkMohd) His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is the only Arab ruler to feature in the list of most followed leaders on Twitter, coming in fourth with 5.85 million followers.
