Global Village announces seven NY Eve drone shows

Global Village has announced seven drone shows for New Year's Eve, with each timed to coincide with one of the seven firework countdowns at the venue.

It's the latest addition to the celebrations the park is set to host on December 31 at 8:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m., 10:30 p.m., 11:00 p.m., 12:00 a.m., and 1:00 a.m.

Each drone show will present the "Happy New Year" message, marking the arrival of the New Year in a different time zone.

The shows will illuminate the sky above the destination amidst the on-ground festivities, including Main Stage live performances, a DJ show, and several roaming entertainment acts across the park.

End-of-year shopping experiences across 30 cultural pavilions and 3,500 shopping outlets as well as 250+ dining options and over 200 rides and will all be available throughout the night, with the venue open from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
