Kaley Cuoco is officially divorced

Kaley Cuoco is officially divorced. The 'Big Bang Theory' star's 21-month marriage to Ryan Sweeting, whom she wed in 2013, has been legally dissolved eight months after she filed for annulment. The 30-year-old actress - who signed a reported $72 million contract for 72 episodes of the hit sitcom shortly after they got hitched - came off better in the divorce as she had a prenuptial agreement put in place prior to their wedding. The blonde beauty will walk away with all of her money and keep their marital home in Tarzana as well as own the rights to their lavish beach house in Santa Barbara, California. The 28-year-old tennis professional didn't do so well in the divorce but will walk away with $165,000 in spousal support. Kaley has also agreed to cover the legal fees for both parties - totalling to around $55,000 - and well as paying the $9,387 bill she was slapped with while negotiating their prenup, according to documents obtained by TMZ.com. The former couple's relationship started to crumble a few months before their split and, despite attempts to reignite their spark, things took a turn for the worse when it emerged Ryan was allegedly addicted to painkillers. An insider said at the time: "The honeymoon phase had ended. It seemed they were trying to work out their marriage by going on dates, but they both seemed miserable." Meanwhile, it may be less than a year since Kaley decided to split from Ryan, but she has wasted no time finding love again as she's now romancing her new beau Karl Cook. Although the couple have remained tight-lipped on details surrounding their new relationship, it's thought Kaley met her millionaire boyfriend while competing in show-jumping.
