Kaley Cuoco's estranged husband Ryan Sweeting has asked for spousal support. The 28-year-old tennis player, who is worth an estimated $2 million, wants the 'Big Bang Theory' star to fork out monthly maintenance in response to her divorce request, according to the court documents obtained by 'Entertainment Tonight.' The 29-year-old actress, believed to be worth approximately $45 million, filed for divorce from the sportsman last month citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split. The couple signed a pre-nuptial agreement one month before their marriage on December 31, 2013 and she has listed their date of separation as September 3, 2015. Her divorce filing states that property and spousal support information is detailed in the pre-nuptial agreement. Kaley reportedly ended their romance because the tennis ace was allegedly "addicted to painkillers" and refused to seek help for his "dependency" on a prescribed drug. A source said previously: "She supported him but she said he couldn't make the commitment to get sober." The family friend also revealed Kaley is "devastated" their marriage didn't work and has now been "sworn off dating." Following news of the split, Kaley deleted all traces of her estranged husband on Instagram and unfollowed him across her various social media accounts. She's also dropped his surname and returned to her maiden name after going by Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting for 22 months.
