Killing Eve stars to battle it out at Emmy Awards

Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh have been nominated for the best actress award at this year's Emmy Awards.

The Killing Eve stars will be two of the nine nominations at the ceremony.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who is the show's original writer, is also up for lead actress in a comedy series for Fleabag.

Meanwhile Game of Thrones has 32 nominations including acting accolades for Emilia Clarke and Kit Harrington.

Game of Thrones, Bodyguards, Killing Eve, Better Call Saul, Ozark, Pose, Succession and This is Us are all in the running for outstanding drama series.
