Miranda Kerr confirms engagement

Miranda Kerr has confirmed she is engaged. The 33-year-old model - who was previously married to Orlando Bloom - posted a picture of animated versions of her and her fiancé Evan Spiegel, who was down on one knee presenting her a ring, on her Instagram account earlier today (20.07.16) over a picture of her real band. She captioned the picture, which had "Marry me!" written on it, "I said yes!!!" And the star shared love heart and smiley face emojis. It is somewhat of a surprise that the couple didn't share their happy news on Snapchat seeing as 26-year-old Evan is the founder of the social media app. A spokesman for the CEO also told Mail Online: "They are extremely happy". The pair started dating in June 2015 after meeting at a fashion industry dinner. She recently revealed they don't go out much in the evening, preferring to have an early night. Miranda - who has five-year-old son Flynn with Orlando - said: "We don't go out. We'd rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early. [But] in some ways he does [feel like a younger man]. I'm telling you, I've got the best of both worlds.
