Global Village lights up for Diwali

Global Village, the region's leading multicultural family destination, has kicked off its vibrant Diwali celebrations as part of Season 29.

The festivities will continue through Sunday, November 3, 2024, creating a dazzling ambience throughout the park.

Visitors can enjoy themed activities, stunning decorations in warm festive colors, and captivating Bollywood performances on the Main Stage, alongside cultural shows at the India Pavilion.

To add to the excitement, Global Village will light up the sky with a spectacular fireworks display at 9:00 PM on both Friday and Saturday.

This year's celebrations include a live Rangoli art session, inviting guests to witness this traditional art form come to life.

Additionally, shoppers can explore the ‘Festival of Lights Market,’ featuring six Diwali-themed trolleys offering an array of products, from clay diyas to stunning Indian jewelry and festive clothing.

Culinary delights abound as well, with a variety of authentic Indian dishes available at the Indian Chaat Bazaar and throughout the park.

Global Village continues to elevate the experience for guests, reinforcing its role as a cultural hub in Dubai and contributing to the emirate’s vibrant Calendar of Events, as part of efforts to deliver "A More Wonderful World."
