Sharjah Police launched the new identity for police patrols on Monday at the police headquarters, in the presence of several directors general, deputies, and department heads.

During the unveiling of the new patrol design Commander in Chief of Sharjah Police, Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amir, emphasised that the new identity marks a significant development in police work.

He explained that the design reflects the aspirations of the Sharjah government and its future vision, aimed at establishing Sharjah Police as a leading national institution that embodies a civilized image, contributes to the nation's achievements, and ensures its security and stability.

He noted that the growth and accomplishments achieved by Sharjah Police today would not have been possible without the grace of God and the continuous support of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and his wise directives.

He affirmed that the Ruler's insightful vision has always been the driving force behind every step taken by the leadership towards development and excellence.

He assured that the general command will continue to work under their guidance to achieve the emirate's aspirations and strategic goals.

The Commander in Chief of Sharjah Police explained that the new design, with its vertical, horizontal, and slanted lines, carries a symbolic meaning that reflects the letter "Sh" from the word "Sharjah," indicating the clarity of the vision and goals that Sharjah Police aims to achieve in enhancing security and safety in the emirate.

He pointed out that the transition to the new patrol design will occur gradually and continuously, until all patrols are transformed to fully reflect their new identity.
