Ajman slashes taxi fare as fuel prices drop

Taxi fares in Ajman have been slashed following a drop in fuel prices for the month of September.

According to Ajman Transport, the updated tariff will automatically reflect in the smart meter system.

The cost of petrol has decreased by 62 fils per litre with Super 98 now costing AED 3.41, Special 95 priced at AED 3.30 and E-Plus at AED 3.22.

Meanwhile, the price of diesel has dropped from AED 4.14 to AED 3.87 per litre.
