H.H. Sheikh Mohamed holds talks with British PM Boris Johnson

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, held talks with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in London.

The discussions focussed on bilateral relations and ways to drive cooperation in various fields.

They also reviewed several regional and international issues of mutual interest, in addition to the historical and strategic ties of friendship between the two nations.

The meeting took place at 10 Downing Street, on Thursday.

It was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE's National Security Adviser, and H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

During his meeting with Britain’s heir to the throne, Prince Charles, Sheikh Mohamed discussed the historical ties of friendship and cooperation between the two nations, as well as the ongoing international efforts to mitigate the impact of COVID-19.

His Highness also underlined the privileged relations between the UAE and the UK, saying the growing bonds between the two nations are not limited to economic and commercial fields but extends to cultural and educational domains.
