MOHAP lights up Dubai Frame to promote seasonal flu vaccination

The Ministry of Health and Prevention is urging us to seek a seasonal flu vaccination to protect against serious illness and limit the spread of influenza in the community.

MOHAP is hosting a series of activities to promote community awareness on the importance of flu vaccination.

The Dubai Frame was lit up in orange to promote the message that vaccination is the best medical intervention to prevent disease.

The Ministry confirms that flu vaccines are safe and effective at reducing risk of serious disease especially for individuals at risk of complications such as children under 5 years of age, the elderly, pregnant women, people with chronic diseases.
