Fore retail, the initial registration fee has been reduced from $6,000 to $2,500, and the annual license renewal fee has been reduced from $4,000 to $2,000.

The fee revisions are in line with the end of the Reem Island transition period, which ended on 31 December 2024, and apply to the entire Abu Dhabi Global Market jurisdiction, including Al Maryah and Reem Islands.

For financial companies, the initial registration fee was increased from $15,000 to $16,700, with the annual renewal fee increasing from $13,000 to $16,200, while fees for technology increased from $1,000 to $1,500 for both new registration and renewal.

The  CEO of the Abu Dhabi Global Market Registration Authority (ADGM), Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, said: “The revised fee structure reflects ADGM’s commitment to supporting businesses within its jurisdiction. The aim of significantly reducing fees for non-financial and retail companies is to effectively strengthen the overall business ecosystem and enhance ADGM’s position as a leading international financial centre.
