A newly launched entity in Abu Dhabi will offer guidance on relocating to the emirate and securing long-term residency.

The Abu Dhabi Residents Office will operate as a division of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED).

It will streamline existing programmes by providing smart services for Golden Visa applications, as well as information on moving to and living in the UAE capital.

The latest initiative is aimed at strengthening Abu Dhabi’s position as a preferred destination to live, work and thrive.

"The office will drive initiatives that support the life-long ambitions of the emirate’s international community, allowing them to reimagine and fulfil their personal and professional potential," said Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of ADDED.
