Hong Kong council session was adjourned for a second day after pro-democracy lawmakers repeatedly interrupted the city's embattled leader Carrie Lam.
Eleven members were forced out of the chambers by security guards after they pressed for Lam's resignation, claiming she had blood on her hands.
They also shouted the protesters' key demands - "five demands, not one less" - something the Hong Kong leader's policy address largely ignored.
Lam was forced to give her annual policy address via a weblink after the session was disrupted.
