Naomi Osaka has consoled Coco Gauff after beating her in the third round of the US Open.
The defending champion gave the 15-year-old a warm hug at the net and then invited her to speak to the crowd.
Both women ended up crying in the heartwarming encounter at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York.
Gauff, who beat Venus Williams at Wimbledon this summer, was competing in only her second Grand Slam singles main draw.
