Abdullah bin Zayed attends inauguration of Iranian President

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs has attended the inauguration ceremony of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

The ceremony was held at the Iranian Parliament headquarters, in the presence of representatives of a number of countries.

Sheikh Abdullah conveyed the congratulations of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and wished the Iranian President success in serving his country.

During a meeting with Iran's new President, Sheikh Abdullah stressed the UAE's aspiration to strengthen its bilateral relations with Iran for the good of both countries, emphasising the pillars of peace, security and stability in the region.
