Abu Dhabi Police urge caution as wet spell continues

Abu Dhabi Police have called on motorists to exercise caution due to the rainy weather.

The authority is reminding drivers to abide by the speed limits displayed on electronic information boards and to maintain a safe distance between vehicles..

They have also emphasised the the importance of staying away from water-logged areas.

Captain Engineer Mohammed Al-Esai, Director of Research and Traffic Studies Branch at the Traffic & Patrols Directorate of Abu Dhabi Police, has this advice.

The National Centre of Meteorology had earlier issued a yellow warning, urging the public to be alert to wet conditions when outdoors.
