AED 5.6 billion worth property benefits for eligible UAE nationals

In a new directive, the ruler of Dubai has allocated 3,000 land plots and mortgages worth a total of AED 5.6 billion for eligible UAE nationals.

The decision by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, reflects his keenness to help Emirati citizens and families live a life of prosperity and happiness.

According to the Director General of Dubai Municipality Dawood Al Hajri, one set of plots will be allotted in a 274 hectare piece of land in Nad Hessa, while the second set of plots will be in a 128 hectare land in Al Aweer.

The plots will be distributed after Eid Al Fitr, he said.
