It’s time to start planning your workout goals as the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is gearing up for its sixth edition.

The annual event once again invites everyone to complete 30 minutes of physical activity every day, for 30 days.

The 2022 edition of the Challenge will run from October 29 to November 27.

It will feature an action-packed calendar of sporting events, free classes, group workout sessions, healthy eating tutorials and more.

Launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, the city's flagship fitness initiative aims to inspire everyone to create a fitness-focused mindset and seek healthy, active lifestyles.

DFC 2022 will see the return of Dubai Ride on November 6, offering families and cycling enthusiasts the opportunity to ride past Dubai’s iconic landmarks on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Meanwhile, Dubai Run will be held on November 20, once again transforming Sheikh Zayed Road into an open running track.

More information about this year's line-up of events and registration details will be announced over the coming weeks.
