UAE humanitarian and charitable organisations will collect donations this weekend to help people affected by the quake in Turkey and Syria.

The "Bridges of Good" campaign will assist with the gathering and assembling of relief supplies for the quake-ravaged countries.

The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) Authority in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) and the Ministry of Community Development, is part of the UAE's efforts to help provide immediate humanitarian supplies.

Packaging of initial aid will begin on February 11 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and the Dubai Exhibition Centre, at Expo City Dubai.

Those interested in contributing to the campaign must register online.
