President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan joined the rulers of the UAE in wishing the nation and the world a blessed Eid Al Fitr.
In a tweet, Sheikh Mohamed wished for "continued peace and wellbeing to the people of the world at this blessed time".
On the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr I congratulate my brothers the Rulers of the Emirates, people of the UAE, and Muslims around the world. We ask God to grant continued peace and wellbeing to the people of the world at this blessed time.

He also extended Eid greetings to leaders of Arab and Islamic states, and wished them continued progress, prosperity and stability, while the President received messages of congratulations from Kings, Presidents, and Emirs.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, also received similar congratulatory messages on the occasion.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, took to his official Twitter handle to congratulate the people of the UAE and all those around the world on the occasion of Eid.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, also dispatched similar cables to the leaders of Arab and Islamic states on the occasion, WAM reported.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, also took to Twitter to wish for "goodness, peace and blessings".
