Students in the UAE are being invited to enter the world of drone technology. As part of the UAE Drones for Good Award, the Dubai Museum of the Future Foundation and Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre have launched a program for students called the Universities Challenge. The initiative's aim is to encourage students to be involved in the development of drones for use in activities such as search and rescue, traffic control and support for essential services. The scheme also allows participants to take advantage of the Advanced Aerial Systems Programme in Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre, which focuses on the research and development of aerial systems in the UAE.
